rev:text	This is my first negative review of any business but It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company that compelled me to write this review. Tile work completed by BJ acceptable, however, paint job was terrible. Painting done by BJ's son and an aunt, which wouldn't be an issue had the result looked decent. Had to have them return to correct numerous mistakes, including paint on light fixtures and cabinet. Estimate agreed upon in writing, received final estimate for over $200 more at the end. Whether it was justified or not, should have been communicated to the customer during the 4 days at the job site on not a final invoice. Why would a customer pay when the job completed was unsatisfactory. As I told you before I had all intentions to pay you AFTER we reached an agreement. You were not paid in full because the company did a horrible paint job. IF you had done a good job in the first place, you would not have had to return to correct. When a customer pays that much to have a job done, I expect nothing less than perfection. Had no issues with BJ, just your lack of customer device skills in handling this matter and threats to take legal action rather correcting the matter with the customer. I don't ever post negative comments about a business but customers deserve to know how you run your business and I am entitled to my opinion. I'm very supportive of local and family run businesses but my 11 year old could have done a better paint job. Low standards. I recommend that anyone considering using this company to also read the review by Jen R. Same problems encountered here, inferior work and the company posting untruthful comments.
