  • Catherine is the agent that she spoke with us for the rate. She told us that it was $24 an hour and $15 booking fee. After I compared with others I booked. Guess what, when my wife and I checked the nanny out. She charged us $45 an hour. We called Catherine back and she picked up the phone. I asked her, why are you charging us $45 instead of $24? She told me it was wrong, it should be $35 an hour. Then I asked her, nanny told me was $45, so she then told me yes it is $45. I am really confused, from $24 to $35 and then to $45?? I was really pissed off that why an agency would give wrong information for getting our business. This agency is very sketchy and feel like a fraud that will cheat your money for business. Better stay away. This is will be problems for many. The Nanny also told us that the agency had histories. This is not acceptable of cheating your customer like this.
