| - Honestly, before I let these people touch my car, I wish I checked on the reviews on various sites including Yelp. I am not one for complaining online, but this. This place got me to making my Yelp account active again after 3 years.
I had an accident for my rear and front bumper in September 2014. Originally, they said it should only take about 6 weeks, and 9 weeks at the latest. But surprise! It is already almost April 2015, and they are still not finished. It's been six whole months, and it is still not finished. And I called them about 50 times, and what I get in return, is that they are waiting for a part to come from Germany which apparently takes three months to arrive. They've been telling me the same story since December and now I don't see the reason to call them any more because I know what they're going to tell me. Also, DO NOT believe them if they tell you they will call you within the next hour. Even if you wait a week before calling them again, I'm sorry to break this to you, but they forgot about you. Oh, and don't get too excited when they tell you it'll be finished by some day because in my experience, they'll just simply tell you they need another week. They'll probably tell you this for about a good 3-4 weeks so don't be too excited.
Honestly, if I could give them minus scored reviews, I would give them the worst rating. I haven't seen my vehicle yet, so it's hard to say the time was worth it. BUT, I would never go back to a body shop that takes at least 6 months to finish something they said they'll finish within 9 weeks.
Please do your research and read the reviews before giving your car away to this body shop. Your dealerships will probably recommend you to this place because they do it the "best" but the decision lies solely on you. I am never going back to this body shop ever again, and I will tell my friends and acquaintances the same thing I wrote on Yelp.
Conclusion :
They stuck to their quote - because they are already expensive and over-priced
They were repetitive and neglectful when asked the questions about the car
They never will stuck to their schedule. If 8 weeks schedule times 3 sounds good to you, by all means, go ahead.
The quality - I can't say because as I said, I didn't see my car since September 2014.
All aspects of my experience with them were negative as they can be, and I could expect way better service from what I find on Craigslist.
