Let me start off by saying Talisha and Desmond were absolutely amazing!! It's unfortunate they are working in the back at exit gates because they truly offer exceptional customer service! Now...its unfortunate that I had to deal with Monica at the front desk. She's very snarky and rude. I misunderstood my reservation and my questions seem to irritate her horribly. I asked her if my bags would fit in the car that I'm getting and she responds, "you'll have to try." She then walk off for 15 minute, before which she held up her finger to me and said I'll be back. No explaination as to why. I turn around and make a call and she'd appeared back up without announcing herself and the she tells me, "swipe your card." My company rents through hertz typically and service has been excellent with all employed except Monica. If any of you encounter her either get back in line and deal with someone else or go to Enterprise. It's extremely unfortunate that this is one of the 1st folks you'd encounter at an agency that prides itself on "excellence." Had I not encountered Talisha and Desmond we'd use enterprise on the next rental. Hertz do your customers a favor and our Monica somewhere in the back!
