Happy Thanksgiving! Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I was suffering from food poisoning last night and I needed an extended check out! They give me till 11 o'clock. I stepped out of the building at 11:10am. I then walked over to the checkout and I was given a bill for an additional $108. The woman said that she cannot do anything because her hands were tied but if I spoke to a manager he may be able to override. I then spoke to Steve long, guest service supervisor at Scottsdale Camelback resort. I explained to him the situation and he said he couldn't do anything. I told him I was going to share with the world my experience.... he then smiled and gave me a thumbs up and said go for it. And then I looked at the assistant and she gave me the biggest f-u grin I have ever seen.

Steve just called and said he would remove the charges because he had a "change of heart". Although I do appreciate that and will not go to the 20 other websites I was planning on posting my experience on.... I am still pissed. And therefor based on this one experience I will never go back to this resort again. Aside from this awesome check out the place is old rundown and need to be updated along with their personalities! Definitely not worth the $165 a night.
