  • Despicable sales tactics! I used them nearly two years ago, and they will not stop calling me to see if I need another repair. I've asked them to remove me from their list every single time they call, and asked why they are still calling me. They've given me every excuse you can think of: "it hasn't been us calling you; sometimes other companies pretend to be us", "our database is down so we're going off of old invoices". I've even had employees straight up hang up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Sometimes these calls are DAYS apart from one another. I've already filed complaints with the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, and plan to file new complaints for each additional call I receive from them. I'm also telling everyone I know to NEVER use this company.
