  • This is a great neighborhood bar with a very good vibe. Really nice staff and all are attentive and friendly. The infamous Johnny Mac is a great host and is on top of the action. The food is the real star here. The fresh, never frozen wings are very meaty, fried perfectly crisp and flavorful. The portion is very generous for the price, providing an outstanding value and a memorable meal. They just reopened after an extensive remodel. The new look is clean, upscale, inviting. While the bar and restaurant are packed there is a steady lineup of customers picking up carry out food. Obviously they know something about the food at Johnny Mac's! I can't wait to come back and continue exploring the menu.
