  • During my very short stay in Charlotte, I found this place around the corner where I was staying. Ordered the Taco Loco salad for take out and it was delicious. Being vegetarian, I asked them to hold the chicken and to add diced tomatoes and roasted corn which they did! Their chipotle ranch dressing was very good. And their salsa and chips were good too. Overall very yummmy!
