  • If I could leave zero stars I would. These people are rude arrogant and total scam artists! They wanted to charge me $750 due up front for a 16' truck on a reservation. I went outside and called the uhaul across the parking lot. We ended up getting a 20' with insurance and an extra day for $680 including taxes through uhaul. We went back into the budget and cancelled our reservation. The lady laughed as we walked out the door. She is the real loser in this situation lost a customer to a business across the parking lot. As a fellow small business owner I will tell you this place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
