  • If I could give a zero rating I would give a zero rating! This location has a thief working for them. He is a salesperson he could be a manager, tall handsome, charming black man. This man opened up a secondary account in my name, stoled three phones under my name. I have been dealing with a nightmare getting the collections companies to stop contacting me to collect on these three phones. This has been going on for a year-and-a-half. I called the corporate office and they led me to believe that this is a known issue out of this location and it's under investigation. Yesterday I received another collections notice. I have been in T-Mobile customer since 1998.
