  • I would give this place -5 stars if I could. These apartments are redone motel rooms. Our roof leaks every time it rains and we tell maintenance every single time and it's still not fixed. Maintenance never comes, all they do is blow leaves at 6 am and don't ever fix anything. The floor is laminate and it's peeling up all over our apt. There's a bug problem as well. We called to get our apt sprayed for bugs and they never showed up. The office is such a pain to deal with we don't even bother reminding them because it takes them 12 times to do anything and it's not even worth it. The community washing machines and dryers are almost always broken. At any given time only 2/5 of the machines are working and you always have to guess. The office is unorganized and will never follow through with anything. Packages are left unattended in a back room and literally anyone can come in and take them. We are always charged fees that we shouldn't have on our account. It happens every month when we have to pay rent and we have to call every month to get it taken care of. You think they would be more organized. These apts are cheapish and right across from campus. You get what you pay for, cheap. Live 2 miles away from campus and drive or take a bus to ASU campus. The location doesn't make up for anything. Such a joke.
