Mad House Coffee for me was okay. I'm all about going to Mom & Pop-type of coffee shops and not large coffee shop chains or franchises if I have to, and Mad House is certainly fits into the category of a Mom & Pop-type. The venue itself is small, yet there is a bit of seating within the building as well as a 3-4 seats on the outside front portico. There is a drive-thru at this location, for those that are in a hurry.
The staff here is pretty lively, which makes all the difference. They seem to have fun, in which the vibe just rubs off on you. That alone starts your day a little bit more than the coffee does. The Wifi here is pretty good, and the coffee (I purchased an iced caffeinated beverage) is pretty consistent with anything that a Dunkin or Starbucks would offer. Prices are comparable to the big coffee shop chains, and not ridiculously high or low. It does get loud in here, and you'll have to speak up for the barista to complete your order accurately.
Not a bad place. Not bad at all.
