  • I was looking for a large apartment for me and my dog, and found out Greenbrooke Commons has a one bedroom/ one half bath with a sunroom! Compared to what i've seen in the area, this is by far one of the biggest one bedrooms. First I will tell you the master bedroom in the one bedroom is HUGE. I have a king size bed, night stand, and dresser in my room and still have enough room to comfortably walk around and possibly put a small computer desk in the corner as well. The master bathroom is huge as well! Two sinks, a stand up shower stall as well as a tub. I have more than enough room for all my things. Kitchen is great. A lot of counter space as well as a utility closet large enough for me to put my shelving unit for pantry space. I have a 4 person dining room table and it fits very well in the dining area. It's a great layout. As for the property, it has everything that I need: A 24 hour fitness center that I'm too lazy to use, a great pool deck with a bbq grill that I'm anxiously waiting to use when the warmer weather finally gets here, a car wash area that's actually covered. It's the little things that make this place great. I'm also big on technology, so knowing they can do everything via email and online, including paying rent and scheduling work orders, is just time saved for me. I've been here since October and I'm very happy. Very friendly staff and the maintenance guys have done a great job taking care of everything I've asked.
