  • I am a business owner myself and would never dare to add a bad review even if it's sub-par service because I understand that consumers buy from other consumers experience. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!! Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow me to give negative rating so I had to give it a 1. Here's my experience: I decided to treat my husband and I to a nice "relaxing" spa for our one year wedding anniversary. We requested for our appointment to be at the same time thinking that it would be a couple massage; Only to discover that it's an open area where you can have four other couples there easily. We were greeted by a guy and a lady and obviously the guy worked on me and the girl took my husband. My experience: Each time the guy had to cover me with a towel or unwrapped me, he snatched the towel off and threw the towel at me. Furthermore, they laughed and chatted the entire time. When they had to do one of those loud massages where I felt that they're beating me up, they both laughed out loud like they're enjoying beating us. They chatted the entire time in their language and laughed, which made my husband looked at me like why did you bring me here?!?!!?! The straw that broke the camel's back was when he asked me to take off my shirt and bra without any privacy; not to mention that another lady was observing for training. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY "LIFE"!!!!!!!!
