  • I came in for a dessert and coffee with kahlua. My boyfriend ordered a margarita and chips and salsa. The chips and salsa never showed up. The coffee came out bitter, and tasted extremely burnt. I advised my server who reassured me she had made a fresh pot. I chose to forgo the coffee. The manager then came out and offered to water down my coffee since it was so black. I couldn't believe that I was offered water to dilute my coffee! I haven't been to chilis in many years and now I remember why.
