Saturday evening was our first time eating at Pescado Borracho. We arrived around 7pm and were seated immediately. Their Facebook post advertising the aguachile seafood/salsa verde dip drew us in. We had to try it. The service was very attentive and fast. The aguachile comes in a big bowl with a base of tomatillo salsa and contains a generous amount of shrimp, octopus, and sea bass with cucumbers and avocado on top and it's served with tortilla chips. We also had tacos; I ordered the short rib and baja fish tacos with a side of garlic butter street corn. Everything was delicious. I was not a huge fan of the corn tortillas, so next time I'll order flour.
