  • We started out Saturday morning May 30th with a breakfast at Steve's. We wanted to entertain ourselves by watching the amazing Comicon crowd and we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Kathy greeted us with a smile and sat us in the huge outdoor patio. She immediately told us about the free Wi-Fi and the specials. She served our drinks within minutes of ordering which impressed all of us because the restaurant was full. I had a Grey Goose Bloody Mary that was fresh, mildly spiced, and mixed perfectly. The breakfast menu is huge which is refreshing for Phoenix. I ordered the California Omlette, and is was huge, fluffy, full of vegie's topped with cheese and guac. I could only eat half but Kathy quickly put the rest in a to go container. This was the best omelette I've had in downtown Phoenix. Two Bloody mary's later we left and we're thanked by 3 different people on our way out the door. Needless to say, this will be where we go to dinner tonight and a "go to" from now on.
