  • I cant say enough good things about rpm spin. Rachael the owner is the nicest most genuine women. I had been attending another spin studio but saw rpm on groupon and thought I would try it out because they are way closer to me. When I called she told me to try my first class for free. Ive been hooked ever since. I have been going for almost 4 months now and really see results. I have yet to meet an instructor I didn't love. The energy and atmosphere is so amazing you leave feeling great no matter how your day went. The set up is good too..they have bikes near fans so you don't feel overwhelmed. The loud music and the black lights make the work out that much more enjoyable. The best part of it all is that its affordable. They run specials and are always trying to get you the best deals. The only recommendation I would have is to purchase spin shoes through Rachael if you decide to come often because shoe rentals can get pricy if you go 3 times a week like I have been. LOVE RPM SPIN and I would recommend it to everyone out there. Try one class and you will actually look forward to getting your butt kicked !
