  • Jared was absolutely awesome. He just fixed the capacitor that was out on our central air unit, for a very reasonable price, didn't try to upsell us or make the issue sound worse than it was, but still explained that, based on what he was seeing, it may indicate that the unit is close to burning out, but never indicated that this means we should replace it right this minute or anything. He made sincere, honest recommendations if we do at some point decide to replace the unit, and gave us estimates based on exactly what they could replace (compressor, whole outside unit, entire inside/outside setup). Really excellent service.
