  • THIS HAPPENED LIKE A YEAR AND A HALF AGO BUT STILL FEEL THE NEED TO SHARE THIS... NO I DID NOT LET THIS BUSINESS KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AT THE TIME.... Took my 70 pound black lab to this place for a bath and groom. We got him back with one of his nails chopped almost all the way to his Pabon. And he came back with a neck injury that we found two days later. He also came back with the skin irritation. We had to take him to the vet for his neck injury which I'm assuming is from the Rope where they hold the dog's neck while they're grooming them. I'm assuming my dog got a little rambunctious and pulled his neck because he wasn't being supervised well enough. Not sure how he got the skin infection but the vet gave him special shampoo that he needed weekly baths with. I will never take my dog here again.
