  • Summer Winds is an out dated apartment. I have lived here nearing 2 months and have had 4 major repairs. Toilets, dishwasher, dryer, heater, now disposal leaks, 2nd call, that's typical, still not repaired. I can tell the electric oven burners will go out soon. The cupboards are small for a 2bdrm apt. that's ridiculous! The 2nd bedroom is always cold when I need it warm, curious what summer will be like...There is no outgoing mail slot and the package lockers are broken, like someone tried to break in....The staff are ditsy girls who cannot relay a decent message...The walls are thin, I hear neighbors snoring, partying, & smell pot in my upstairs guest bathroom. I am anxious for my 14 month lease to end.
