| - We found Nick's Menswear at a local bridal expo, and decided to go with them solely based on pricing - $210 for a full suit your bridal party gets to keep is extremely reasonable, considering many rentals can be upwards of $150. However, pricing ended up being one of the only good things about choosing Nick's Menswear. We so badly wanted to have a good experience, but ended up back at the store (no lie) 10 times with either my husband (the groom) or members of our bridal party having problems with alterations and their orders. Multiple bridal party members suits were shipped to the incorrect stores (Phoenix instead of Tucson) when they had specified a pick-up store. They forgot one of our groomsmens shirts and we he had to go back into the store and get it. The real problems came from alterations - the employees measuring you don't actually record any measurements - they just throw you in a few different sizes until they find one that fits alright. We found that they intentionally did this to charge you for alterations when the suit actually arrived. Multiple times Nick's Menswear ordered the incorrect sizing for suits (as in a completely different size than we had tried on and agreed to order in the store), including the grooms, FOB, and groomsmen's suits - and then when the suit order arrived, everyone's suit miraculously was a completely different size requiring tons of alterations. This is completely dishonest and unnecessary. We spoke with a manager multiple times throughout the months leading up to our wedding when issue after issue came up with the suits (ordering the wrong tie colors, etc.), and they still could never seem to get it together. Due to the overall the lack of professionalism (in multiple different store locations) and the enormous headache that Nick's Menswear caused, I would never recommend them, even for the price.
