Neil came over and he was to fix a toilet leak( that caused flooding) through our home Warranty company(75.00 per Visit). He said he could not fix it until they can level the floor, he old us he would come back when it was leveled. I paid him 75.00 with check #5028 on 2/14/17. We received a past due letter on 4/03/17 saying we had not received payment-I explained that I gave Neil a check, they told me to get a copy of the check. I provided them with a copy of the check from the bank that Lion's den plumbing had cashed on 2/21/17, it was marked Remote deposit to Compass bank for deposit only. I called them again and offered to fax this copy. They said they couldn't read it. I went to my bank Wells Fargo and they were able to get a clear copy, It also referenced #5028 check number, cashed on 2/21/17, I then had the bank fax the copy to them. The Transmission log showed that on 5/30/17 at 11:21 am First American the fax was received and the work order 608883320. Another bill from First American Home Warranty arrived on 5/23/17. I was nervous about collections by then. Another note came from First American dated 6/13/17 it tells me if I think this is error to call them. This bill says FINAL NOTICE .On 6/23/17 at 6:47am I called and when I asked if a supervisor was available Zirka hung up on my saying no supervisor available till 7am. Same date but 6:48am Paul (x5840) I asked to talk to a supervisor, transferred me to Christine (X3574) and she said she would go look for a supervisor if I could hold the line(she was the first one that I felt was really trying to help me). 7:03 am ,6/23/17 (Johnathan(manager) was the next one that made me feel he was trying to get this resolved) left a message at Lions Den Plumbing and he would call me back if he gets a response. New letter dated 6/28/17 from a place called A.R.M Solutions from Camarillo, CA advises me that if I remit payment it will stop the collections actions(we are very careful with our credit and have great ratings-I do not want an amount 75.00 to affect our score). I have tried everything I can to resolve this and am very frustrated. I would like First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation(we have had this company for 2 years and everything else has gone very smoothly) to take our name out of the collections agency information and to send us a letter saying it is done.
