The worst customer service I've ever seen. There's a reason why they have a horrible rating. I went in on thursday for strep, saw the PA and sent over my prescription to fill. I only got a 5 day pill pack.
5 days later and I still have some pain. I knew 5 days worth wouldn't be enough. I call today to see if they give me a second round of antibiotics.
First off, it took me 5...yes 5 separate calls to finally reach someone. I called throughout the day and never a pick up or even a "sorry, i'm helping a customer right now, can I put you on hold". I finally get the RUDEST guy to answer that simple says "yes?" when he answered. Holy hell. Anyways, I tell him about I was just in, need some more medication and still not feeling well. He replies back to me that "that I dont know or have any experience to know if I'm getting better or had/hadn't have enough medication" and I would have to come back in to be evaluated cuz they wont simply call in a further script. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I think i know my own body and that im still feeling crappy and 5 days of meds was not enough.
Simply just want another co-pay of mine
