  • I read the reviews. I had decided to work on cross stitch and the only reason I have given 1 star is that their cross stitch/tapestry area was very sparse. Only one brand of needles, many sizes missing, limited amount of thread, and no Q-Snap frames. I finally found someone to help me and when I asked for a magnetic board to keep track of the current stitching row, they didn't have any. She suggested I go to the framing area of the store for the Q Snap stitching frame. She had no means to call over to them and ask. The entire trip was a bust, so when I got home I went on line and ordered everything I needed from a shop on line. Not Michaels because even their on line cross stitching supplies are very very limited. For another other crafting, it looked like they had a lot of stuff.
