  • I dropped off my Canada Goose jacket last week Saturday and was told that it would be ready for pickup on Thursday at 5pm. I arrive at store in Bayview village on Thursday at 6:45pm and despite the store being open the store front is empty. I wait around for a few minutes an eventually the sole employee comes strolling down the corridor of the mall. I guess she was taking a break. Ok no problem. I provide her with the ticket and she informs me that my jacket will be available next week because they just realized that it has a leather trimming and their leather specialist only works a couple days a week. Mind you it is the dead of winter. Great...so I have to give up my winter jacket for 2 weeks in winter to get it cleaned? I said no thanks, and that I would like to have my jacket back. She informed me that the earliest that she could get it back for is Monday. They could have at least called to let me know that it was not ready so I wouldn't waste my time driving to the mall after work.
