  • I have patronized this establishment for approx 14 years. My husband and I would make our weekly treks to the water store to have our bottles filled and kibbutz with the staff. All was good...but then my husband passed and I was left to do the job by myself....the heavy bottles became my job... literally. What really frosts me about this place I have patronized for so long , is that the staff would rather just do their job and NO MORE! By all means.. Don't offer to help the 64 year old woman to her car.... oh I forgot.... I am AWLAYS offered the SPASTIC WAGON THAT STEERS LIKE A BALLERINA ON CRACK... that's nice.. so anyone want to help put them in the car??? Hell no... but believe me... they will do it for a TIP!! How lazy can you people be?? Just watch the old woman struggle with the bottles and sit on your a**es drinking a coke and reading a magazine. I will continue to go there bc it's the only 'game in town' short of having water delivered... I can only hope another competitor comes into play. One who lends a hand and does not EXPECT a tip for doing what should be in their job description.
