  • Ok I'm not sure if it's this branch that I keep dealing with but this is a complaint against the company as a whole. We moved to Huntersville in February & has always had TWC before moving here & never ever had to call about any problems because WE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS!!! Since we got service in February we call once or twice weekly over our slow or not working internet service. Techs come out for maybe 5 mins, doesn't do a thing. Says things are fine & leaves. Last week our neighbor suggested us to buy our own router modem box. Still didn't help our problems. We called again & this is where I'm livid!!! Tech was suppose to show up between 1-2pm I call at 3 & 4 because he never showed. I had to leave by 5pm for important stuff. Still no calls. Came home & neighbor said he seen them & they left!!! I didn't leave my place until 430. I called Spectrum & told them I called & called because the tech was a no show & apparently showed after 430. Rescheduled appt for today from 9-10am... it's now 1:32!!! I called at 10:15,11:15,12:20 & received a call from the person I spoke with earlier asking if tech ever showed because he seen the tech has went to another persons house instead of mine!!!! WTF!!! They're getting $$$$ since February from us for services that doesn't work & we are stupid for paying but it's all that's offered in Huntersville besides AT&T Uverse that I've heard isn't great in our neighborhood either. We can't be the only ones going through this with Spectrum. Even was told I wasn't the only one that said TWC was better when I spoke with a lady from Spectrum earlier.
