  • The gentlemen that works the desk in the grooming department is sooooooo rude. I know he took a job that works with a animals but he needs lessons on customer service. I can not believe PETCO lets someone like that work in their place. After being rude he has the audacity to even say "see you on the next grooming appointment". I will never bring my dog there and I will never recommend anyone to ever bring their animals there. I hope they start hiring employees that have great knowledge and loves animals then people living paycheck to paycheck. Shop at Petsmart!
