  • Why can't Yelp offer ZERO stars!? Diamond Resorts International and the Las Vegas division in particular is 100 times worse that the worst company I've ever dealt with. Everyone lies and everyone is only interested in themselves from the CEO and founder douche (Stephen J. Cloobeck) all the way down. When you have a problem with a Las Vegas rep, there IS no manager above them to deal with. Total corruption, POS! FYI their resorts suck too.
