  • I would give this 0 stars but I have to give it at least one. Probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We were unhappy with a wine that we purchased there, and have had MANY times before, but they would not stand behind their product. Owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were trying to support a local business as opposed to Total Wine, where we typically go, and when we referenced their customer service the owner actually said that we should go back there! Oh, we will. BTW - One of the 5 star reviews is by the owner - Gregg P, which is highly inappropriate.
