  • We have been coming for several years and my daughter gets very nervous and they are always patient with her and she has more plaque build up than most(a genetic issue she inherited from me) so despite twice a day brushing and flossing she needs a good teeth cleaning every 6 months and they are always gentle and kind wth her. On the two occasions she had a cavity and I did no want general anesthesia and they were respectful of the first time was jus a shot of Novocain that they did so quickly after her mouth was numb she had no idea what happened and the second time the cavity was so small they asked if they could try it without anything and again they worked so quickly my daughter barely knew what was happening and was done minutes later without being numb and able to enjoy the rest of the day.
