rev:text	I call Regis one morning asking them I want to dark ash brown hair. So I went in, show the girl the picture of what shade I want. The shade was just 1 shade lighter than my actual hair. The ladies there looked like still in their training phase. Well, one of the girl wasn't feeling well so she left. Now the other girl put bleach on my entire hair as is done for high lights. I was a bit confused what's happening so I showed her the pic again and told her that I don't wanna go very light. She assured me that everything will turn out as I wanted. The bleach was left on my hair for 1 and half hour. Yes 1 and half hour. I was waiting..thinking she will remove it. But I stayed quiet because I thought I was in a well reputed salon. She finally washed my hair and toned it. She looked so confused, she went in store again and again and keep trying different toners but none helped. And when I saw my hair in mirror they were all yellow. Wow...now what?? I came in at 9:30 and now it was 12:30. I had to pick my son from school for which I was already late. I said her what has she done. She said if I want dark hair they can redye again tomorrow and I will have to pay for that one too. Well I made the payment. I called the salon later in the day and got an appointment for next day. Next day I met salon leader and told her whatever happen. She immediately understood and gave my hair the desired shade I want. That's the reason I gave 2 stars otherwise they deserve a 1star for the way they treated my hair. I choose regis just because it has name and quality. But I was wrong. Now the reason for writing review after 2 months is the damaged condition of my hair due to excessive bleaching. Please regis leaders if you can't be present at salon to guide your trainees kindly close your salon.
