  • 1040 E. Flamingo Rd Las Vegas NV location......Horrible Service. I went in tonight with my kids. I planned on buying 1/4 ounce of Gold if they had any in the case. I was rudely confronted by Security to have my daughter leave her backpack outside. Now I am in here twice a week buying DVD's or loose gold. Never once in the about 30 trips was my daughter ever asked to leave her backpack. Now her backpack contains her medicine. She is Diabetic and is to never be away from her insulin. I tried informing your staff but to no avail. Your staff needs to learn about the ADA. I will be filing a complaint in regards to this treatment and will NEVER shop in any of your locations again. The store is tiny. It would have been easy to "keep an Eye" on us, but no we get chased away.
