This is the worst experience.
I went in for
Brakes
Engine Light for Sensors
Oil change
Midas had 6 hours to complete the job and collect payment from my warranty company. The warranty company approved a portion to be paid but midas failed to collect the payment which left me with more of a balance to pick up my car. I was told to go and get a reimbursement from my warranty which was not what i agreed to when I originally dropped off my car. Once I started to drive my car around I noticed that it was struggling to start up and that my engine light was still on. I spoke to a mechanic at O'Reillys who checked under my hood and he discovered a sensor cord hanging out that was not plugged in that was left out by one of the Midas mechanics. This could of damaged my engine. also the mechanic performed a diagnostic test which still indicated the need for a sensor fix....this is the same sensor that midas should of fixed in the first place.
