  • Finally made it to this place. My gf made a reservation for us and her mom, who is here from TX. Pretty unbalanced experience. The food was actually really good for the most part. We ordered the escargot and Caesar salad for the table to start. Escargot was nice, but I can't say much for the Caesar salad. It was prepared table side, which is nice, but too much dressing and too garlicy for me. I am a big fan of Caesar salad and this didn't really do it for me. Now this is where the experience took a turn. We told our server that we had a Groupon and it's like his entire attitude changed after that. He became short and never came by. We ordered an 18oz Prime Rib and a chicken dish. This took over an hour and I always order my prime rib RARE. The few times we were actually able to flag our server down during this hour, he said he had another table that he had to help prior to us, and he said this several times. We finally told him I had to go to work, which I did, and been there about an hour and a half at this point. Food came out, Prime Rib was ok. Not the best I've had. The angel chicken and mushroom dish was awesome. We also got creamed spinach and it was just way too rich. Overall the food was fine like I said. So after we were done eating our server comes and gives us our check. He could of asked if we wanted desert or maybe bring one on the house since I waited over an hour for a rare Prime Rib? Naw, he doesn't roll like that. He said, said we told him we needed to leave is there anything else? I was thinking desert, but he just made me feel like I was wrong for saying anything in the first place. He then brought a little credit card machine, pointed to the gratuity part and made sure to point out the original total before the groupon discount..again like he wasn't getting a proper tip, which was his attitude towards the whole thing from the beginning. It was like beyond obvious. So if people ever read my reviews I rarely go off on service like this or ever really. But this guy single handedly ruined our experience. So after all that I am still giving 3 stars, because of the food and the atmosphere. I just don't think will be back.
