  • This is by far the best hair salon I have been to. I called earlier to make an appointment for later on the same day. They are located on Yonge st on the second floor (walk up) (just by the St.Louis wings). I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in and was sat immediately. The waiting area is small but they are good at managing time so clients don't have to wait a long time in the small waiting area. Classic music running the background is a nice touch. The salon is overall nicely decorated but its not the most elegant salon. As soon as you are seated you are served with a drink of choice (non-alcoholic). The hairstylist introduces herself/himslef (you have 3 options based on your budget: junior, senior and director). Soyeong in my case. She was very pleasant and attentive. I started with a hair wash and head/scalp massage (Jeffery knows how to give a nice scalp massage) followed by hair cut. Soyeong was confident, professional with outstanding skills. She did a very nice job. After the hair cut I had another wash then hair drier and some hair products. Overall this place is great and I will go back.
