  • My mother recently went through knee replacement surgery and this facility was her primary care. I wanted to leave one review so I waited until her physical therapy was complete. I came with my mom to discuss potential knee replacement surgery option. I did my research online and I was ready to ask all the questions which I had prepared ahead of time. I pretty much ask all type of questions I could think of and I was pretty impressed with doctor's willingness to educate us on the whole process as well as details. We were satisfied with doctor's response and confident on performing the surgery. We scheduled our surgery in uptown CMC where we were told that same doctor would perform the surgery. They even provided a translator for my mom during her consultation and stay at the hospital. The whole surgery took about 45 minutes and doctor came out after the surgery to provide an update to me personally. Again, giving my detail oriented nature I asked few questions and he was able to explain me in detail. After the surgery, she had to complete physical therapy to ensure her knee would function correctly. This office helped us schedule her physical therapy which was little closer to our house in different office. Through out the whole process, we were pretty happy with doctor's creditability and friendliness. I would have given 5 star review but there was one incident where a nurse was not very friendly with my sister when she asked couple of questions. I think even the front office staff could use a little training on how to be friendly with their customers because at the end of the day, best marketing is referral.
