  • I have been getting piercings for many years. Upon moving to the Phoenix area I was very interested in a place that I could continue my piercing obsession. Unfortunately HTC Piercing will never be that place. The area around the shop is super sketchy. Which is already a big red flag. While the shop was clean and well lit, the customer service was at an all time low. The woman who was working the counter was incredibly neglectful and all around disinterested. I had questions about the products and after care and she gave me one word answers. Which I find rude and disrespectful. When I go for a piercing I expect to feel comfortable and respected. I felt neither when I entered and when I left promptly. While the quality of the shop and products was top notch. The customer service was below anyone's quality standards. Such a bum out.
