You'll need a massage after the stress of trying to book an appointment here.
I booked a Groupon a couple months ago, and called last month to book an appointment. Per the voicemail instructions (don't count on your call ever actually being answered) I left a message with all my information, expecting a call back within 3 to 4 days as the voicemail specified.
A week passes, no call back. I call and leave another message. This time saying that my Groupon is about to expire and I would really like to make use of it.
Another week, still no call back.
Tried booking on the website that was mentioned in the voicemail, which didn't work.
Notified Groupon that I could not get a hold of anyone from this business, and after three attempts by the Groupon staff, they were apparently unable to get a hold of anyone either, and finally issued me a refund.
I understand that this girl is a one-person team, and as someone who has single-handedly run my own business in the past, I feel for her. We all have our busy times or have something come up and with no employees or staff, our business grinds to a halt. I'm assuming this is what happened here?
Either way, after no calls back, to myself or Groupon after almost a MONTH, this was DEFINITELY not worth the hassle.
There are a million spa Groupons out there, pick a different one.
