rev:text	Wish I could give them 0 stars..!! Recently had my screen replaced on my iPhone 7plus really disappointed, for starters my screen and iphone are not working properly ever since I had it replaced screen glitches and phone freezes and when I reset it, it gets stuck on the Apple loading screen for ever, I have to reset it until it finally decides to work, and then today I woke up to my home button not working, so I drove across town to bring it in as I was told to by one of the employees, to find out that a wire to my home screen is ripped, I was told that I had a 30 day warranty, the guy working on it told me that there was nothing they could do and that I must have opened it and ripped it myself... granted they were the only people who have worked on and opened my phone.. I have never opened it. So they denied the warranty I was promised and INSTEAD HE TRIED TO UP SALE ME INTO BUYING ANOTHER SCREEN FROM THEM...!!!! So now I am stuck with a glitching screen, a problem with my iPhone that I didn't have before the repair, and no home button.. he even had the audacity to tell me to tell me to just turn on the assistive touch on my iphone(which is a lame home button setting on the screen) instead of fixing the mistake they made for me... they cracked my new tempered glass screen protector that I bought right after getting the screen replaced today when checking the problem my phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! SMH. I HOPE THEY READ THIS AND MAKE IT RIGHT! SO BUMMED! WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! THEY STILL HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO REACH OUT AND MAKE IT RIGHT! THEY COMPLETELY BLOCKED MY NUMBER! F*** DESERT WIRELESS!
