  • My AC went down yesterday afternoon. I call this company, and they came by and tried to sell me an entire HVAC system (heating, and AC). This to the tune of about $7800., for the lower grade systems, and $10K for the superior one. I foolishly initially agreed to the former. The AC unit's capacitor, compressor motor, and the refrigerant all check out OK. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace. So the only component that is defective is the AC compressor. I called and cancelled the complete job shortly after the tech left, and requested that only the compressor be replaced. He just called me, stating that now that I wanted only the compressor replaced, my appointment for this morning, between 9, and 11am could not be honored. Watch out for this company. They are looking only to generate revenue, and your needs clearly are not their priority.
