Horrible customer service!!! Rooms were ok. I walked up to the front desk where I hear two lady's gossiping very loudly and when I said excuse me the blonde lady rolled her eyes and said "what do you need?" Her name was Melissa, absolutely rude and honestly by this one conversation I had with her she seems like one of the dumbest people on this planet. Idk how she works here. I get to asking her my question, she seems confused and very scatter brained. Almost ever other sentence she was reminded of something and would start talking to the other girl again. At this point I am absolutely fed up. Who put this lady in charge??? Finally some guy walked up(Who I assume to be her boss) and she started acting professional and finally got me the answer I needed. Oh well, everyone else seemed ok And nice. The bistro their sucks! I went there in the morning and was greeted by a kid that was rude and pushy. I just wanted a latte and a breakfast sandwich. It wasn't even busy, I think he was just annoyed that he had to come out from the back and help me. He didn't wear gloves. Not even after my food was cooked. Ew! Dinner at their bistro wasn't too bad. I actually got a drink at the bar where Sam made me an awesome margarita! I wish the morning crew was as nice and interesting as her for sure! All around I wouldn't stay here again unless it was for a quick rest and I didn't have to deal with any of the rude unprofessional people.
