  • Was in Toronto for a business trip. Purchased a new 16gb 3gs prior to coming here. Poor thing died while I was in a meeting. I asked hotel concierge for the nearest apple store and they sent me to this location. I told the not so "genious bar" guy the situation. He told me to make an appointment. I had to explain to him 3 times I was on a business trip and I don't have time to make an appointment. What upset me off most was there were few to no customers in the store. It wasn't busy at all After much pleading he fixed it and told me I needed to update the software...
