  • We had a great experience upgrading my i-phone at this AT&T location. We did have to wait about 20 minutes to meet with someone because they were already busy but that's understandable. I'm basically writing this review to rave about Amy L. who helped us get set up. She was very informative and helpful in every way possible. She was fun to talk to and gave us great tips on accessories. Awesome customer service! I love my new phone and would highly recommend visiting their store if you have AT&T. Shout out to Amy for all your help!
