Here is the update... A year ago Roudpoint stated that since I didn't provide proof of Hazard Insurance (even though it's not up to me to carry it; it is not a stand alone home; my Association carries Hazard insurance for all properties in our association; I pay HOA), they took insurance for me and I'm to pay to Roundpoint $3.5K. I wrote to BBB. Very fast, less than one month, $3.5K demand was eliminated and apologies were sent to me in at least 5 paper and electronic letters.
Now we're in 2017, less than one year after my complaint to BBB, customer service sends me another letter "Your Hazard insurance expired". They know it is financed by Association and I can't not have hazard insurance. I requested and faxed extended 2017 coverage. In addition to Hazard insurance, they now want Wind insurance. I wrote personally to the rep who sent apologies. If they continue harassment, I will now go to their representative and BBB again. Please note that I receive no compensation of any kind from Roundpoint competition. I simply want others to know my experience.
