  • Bought the Groupon. Needed a move out deep cleaning fast. The girls were a half hour late. Coming all the way from Litchfield is a bit far for Scottsdale. Really should have a cleaning crew that lives closer to the areas they need to work in. Or else allow extra time to arrive on time. Was pressed for time and they were done before the allotted 3 hours. Going back and meeting with the landlord, they didn't even clean the floor where the coat closet was. Never opened the door. They didn't clean the pantry either. They were supposed to wipe out all cabinets. They will not clean anything higher than something they can reach with two step step-stool but when the girls are barely 5'2", tall that doesn't help. One girl was taller but she was not the lead cleaner. The chandeliers were not cleaned either. This was stressed many times before, but this was a move out deep cleaning. Not happy with end result.
