  • Bought this house in February. It's June and this is the second time the air conditioner has broken down. Nobody answers the emergency line. I called for service and was told they're "booked up" and can't come until tomorrow. It's going to be 112 today. I explained that I'm at home recovering from cancer surgery but the lady on the line was indifferent, there is no emergency service obviously with this company.
