  • Horrible. My hair looks horrible. I called to let them know and I was hung up on by a very rude girl who told me it was my fault for not checking the back before I left. It's the STYLISTS job to do that. Also a blow dry should last more then 10 minutes in the car. I made it very clear I wanted my ends STRAIGHT. Horrible service. The girl on the phone acted like I inconvenienced her for calling.
