| - I would like to give no stars. Not an option. I am an over 25 years customer. I have phone, Internet and "Whole Home" DVR TV service. My bill is nearly $300 per month. Over the years I have had great service but not in the last few. I suspect the company has grown to fast and cannot keep up. I am reviewing the "Whole Home" service. I have 4 additional boxes and the central DVR. It took 4 service calls ( 4 hour windows) to get it to work at all when first installed. Then it started again. I have spent more time on the phone, more time pulling plugs and rebooting, more wasted hours on service calls and the system just does not consistently work. I feel like my life has become trouble shooter for cable TV. We don't watch a lot of TV live but record and watch in the evenings. It's always something. Stall, pixels, or just no go. Cannot connect, cannot , cannot, cannot. Error messages. Recently it took 3 nights of reboots and restarts to watch an on demand movie all the way through. Then another recorded show, same thing, 3 nights of unplug, reboot to see the entire program. I'm Sooooo over it. I've decided my life is more valuable than troubleshooting TV each night. We are switching to direct TV tomorrow. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for TV.
